Zipcar not so zippy
I'm into my second week of the long commute to the new job. I seem to end up behind a Zipcar almost each evening, usually somewhere on VFW Pkwy. The repeated sightings lead me to these questions- Is it a different Zipcar and driver every time? Or one person who has rented one for an extended period of time? Why must they drive so slowly?

Maybe they're headed back to the parking spot where they picked up the Zipcar. Which, presumably, is near a residential neighborhood that's also close to good public transportation.
Why they're driving so slowly is anybody's guess. Maybe they're trying to find the turn for the parking spot?
