Orange Line confusion

Saw this in the Orange Line station near my house. Note that none of these stations are actually on the Orange Line, which is not terribly helpful.

The T is chepaer than I thought

They couldn't even be bothered to order correct signs for this Silver Line bus. (Is that the proper terminology for Silver Line vehicles?) I only saw the correct labeling because I was standing this close to the sign.

The real question is, who made the above clarification - the MBTA or a rider who finally had enough of the confusion surrounding Silver Line routes?

Mystery train

Saw this sitting on the commuter rail tracks near work. Wonder where it came from.

The free T

Last night's ride downtown on the Orange Line was made up of all sorts of annoying underage drinkers. And screaming about Georgia. I took some cell phone videos. (Sorry for the crappy quality.)

T stop gets a makeover

This Blue Line station (State) is getting a makeover, according to these workers who were kind enough to let me take some pictures of the work-in-progress.

Arborway stop lives on, sort of

The sign on the Inbound side of the Green Street T tracks still shows the Green Line going to Arborway.

MBTA appears confused

The MBTA seems to have some (outdated) Orange Line cars that still show the Green E Line going to Arborway. That must confuse the hell out of the tourists and new students.

How cheap is the MBTA?

Really cheap, according to one Orange Line rider in Haymarket.
