The squeaky wheel that did not get the grease
No, that sound you hear isn't a train going by my car. It's coming from the truck and trailer in front of me. I was worried that something (a wheel? lug nut? random piece of metal?) was going to fly off that trailer and smack into my windshield.
Sorry for the bouncy camera, it was resting on the dashboard.

Signs of Schilling
The Red Sox have a lot of peeps in the Medfield area. Signs are plastered along Route 109 proclaiming support for the Sox, especially Medfield resident Curt Schilling.

Much thanks to Carpool Buddy for his participation in this art project, snapping these shots from my (moving) car.

Neighborly hate crime in the 'burbs
A anti-Semitic hate crime where the victim is not actually Jewish. Fascinating.
Excerpts from the Milford Daily News:
Excerpts from the Milford Daily News:
Franklin - A 50-year-old King Street resident already charged with a hate crime against his neighbor stabbed the man in the hand yesterday with a knife, police said.
Wallace then cut a tire on King's car before turning to him and saying, "I'm going to (expletive) kill you," King said. He came at King with a hunting knife, aiming for his neck and face, but King, an ex-Marine, said he parried the blow and knocked the weapon lose.

In addition to the attack, Wallace is accused of slashing one of the tires on King's car, police said. In January, Wallace was charged with violating King's state constitutional rights for allegedly painting a swastika and the word "Jail" on his apartment door. King's ex-wife is Jewish, and he said he found the graffiti offensive.
